Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial in Crohn's disease and anal fistula comparing CX-401 + standard surgical care and drainage with Placebo + standard surgical care and drainage (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Complete fistula closure at Week 24 in anti-TNF previously exposed patients. Started Feb 2009; status: active, not recruiting.
