Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in spondyloarthritis (SpA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) comparing Nilotinib with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Patient global assessment of disease activity VAS at week 12, Physician global assessment of disease activity VAS at week 12 and 1 more. Planned start Feb 2011; status: not yet recruiting.
