Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Canagliflozin add-on arm with Sitagliptin add-on arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in HbA1c from baseline through Week 52 and Safety and tolerability. Planned start Oct 2010; status: not yet recruiting.
