Open-label, single-arm trial of interferon alfa in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB), sponsored by Amsterdam University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Association of IL28B and apolipoprotein E genotype with HBeAg loss and Association of IL28B and apolipoprotein E genotype with HBsAg loss.
