Overview
Phase 2, single-blind, single-arm trial of sildenafil, perindopril, candesartan, atorvastatin and sitagliptin in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), sponsored by Vrije University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Hemodynamics during low dose dobutamine stress testing, Extent of diastolic dysfunction determined by echocardiography and 1 more.
