Open-label, single-arm trial of tranylcypromine in hereditary anemia and sickle cell disease (SCD), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Amount of fetal hemoglobin in peripheral blood and HbF threshold for future study planning. Planned start Jan 2015; status: not yet recruiting.
