Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of autologous dendritic cells loaded with allogeneic mesothelioma tumor cell lysate in mesothelioma, sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoint: Dose-limiting toxicities within 8 weeks after first vaccination. Planned start Jun 2014; status: not yet recruiting.
