Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic glomerulosclerosis, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing ASP8232 add-on arm with Placebo add-on arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean change of log transformed urinary albumin creatinine ratio from baseline to end of treatment. Started Nov 2015; status: active, not recruiting.
