Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Huntington disease (HD) comparing Triheptanoin then open-label triheptanoin with Placebo then open-label triheptanoin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Brain energy restoration index at 3 months and Rate of caudate atrophy at 6 months. Started Dec 2015; status: active, not recruiting.
