Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) comparing Denosumab arm with Risedronate arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in lumbar spine bone mineral density at 12 months in glucocorticoid-continuing subpopulation and Percent change from baseline in lumbar spine bone mineral density at 12 months in glucocorticoid-initiating subpopulation.
