Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in vascular cognitive disorder (VCD) and post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) comparing Methylphenidate challenge, Galantamine challenge and Placebo challenge (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in executive function and memory performance on NeuroCart after methylphenidate and galantamine versus placebo. Started Apr 2014; status: active, not recruiting.
