Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of gemcitabine, bevacizumab, irinotecan, erlotinib and everolimus in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and brainstem glioma (2 arms), sponsored by Vrije University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Tolerability of gemcitabine at 3 dose levels and Tolerability of erlotinib and everolimus added to bevacizumab and irinotecan. Started Apr 2011; status: active, not recruiting.
