Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) comparing Placebo avacopan + prednisone control with Avacopan steroid-sparing arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Disease remission at Week 26 and Sustained disease remission at Week 52. Started Nov 2017; status: active, not recruiting.
