Terlipressin added to intravenous loop diuretics for hospitalized right ventricular failure in precapillary pulmonary hypertension

Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of terlipressin in pulmonary hypertension (PH), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) (2 arms), sponsored by Vrije University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Change in creatinine after 48 hours and Weight loss over the first 48 hours. Planned start Jun 2017; status: not yet recruiting.
