Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of fitusiran in hemophilia A and hemophilia B (HB) (2 arms), sponsored by Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Annualized Bleeding Rate (ABR) in the fitusiran efficacy period and the BPA prophylaxis period. Planned start May 2018; status: withdrawn.
