Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) comparing Sacubitril/valsartan arm with Enalapril arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in 6-minute walk test distance at 12 weeks and Change from baseline in daily non-sedentary daytime physical activity at 12 weeks.
