Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of natural dendritic cell vaccine, carboplatin and paclitaxel in endometrial cancer (EC), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Functional responses and dextramer/tetramer analysis of DTH infiltrating lymphocytes against tumor peptides, Type I interferon gene expression in PBMC shortly after vaccination and 1 more.
