Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of deutivacaftor in cystic fibrosis (CF) (2 arms), sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Absolute change in percent predicted forced expiratory volume in 1 second from baseline at Week 12. Planned start May 2019; status: withdrawn.
