Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in plaque psoriasis comparing Dimethyl fumarate lead-in with Tildrakizumab after dimethyl fumarate non-response (2 arms). Primary endpoint: PASI 75 at Week 40 in DMF non-responders treated with tildrakizumab. Planned start Aug 2019; status: withdrawn.
