Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), autoimmune colitis and Crohn's disease comparing Filgotinib with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects with at least 50% decrease from baseline in sperm concentration at Week 13. Planned start Nov 2017; status: withdrawn.
