Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of methylprednisolone, prednisolone and diazoxide in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) (2 arms), sponsored by Leiden University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: 2-hour mixed meal tolerance test mean C-peptide AUC at 24 months and Serial mixed meal tolerance test C-peptide assessments. Planned start Jul 2019; status: withdrawn.
