Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of WT1/hTERT/Survivin-loaded dendritic cell vaccine in Constitutional mismatch repair deficiency (CMMRD), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Identification of neoantigens on different tumors of CMMR-D patients and Detection of pre-existing immune responses against neoantigens.
