Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) comparing Durvalumab monotherapy, Durvalumab + tremelimumab and Standard of care chemotherapy (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Overall survival for durvalumab + tremelimumab versus standard of care and Overall survival for durvalumab monotherapy versus standard of care in PD-L1-high disease.
