Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of sirna, pegylated interferon alpha, entecavir, tenofovir alafenamide and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (4 arms), sponsored by Covance. Primary endpoint: Participants with HBsAg loss at 24 weeks post end of treatment. Planned start Mar 2021; status: withdrawn.
