Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC) comparing Durvalumab + definitive chemoradiation with Placebo + definitive chemoradiation (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Progression-free survival in all randomized patients and Progression-free survival in PD-L1 high tumors. Planned start Oct 2020; status: withdrawn.
