Open-label trial of beclometasone dipropionate/formoterol fumarate/glycopyrronium, BEVESPI AEROSPHERE and beclomethasone in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (3 arms), sponsored by Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland.
