Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Polycystic liver disease (PLD) comparing CAM2029 weekly, CAM2029 every 2 weeks with alternating placebo and Placebo weekly (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline to Week 53 in height-adjusted total liver volume. Planned start Jun 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
