Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of satralizumab in Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE), anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis and Anti-leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1 encephalitis (4 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants with mRS improvement at Week 24 without rescue therapy. Planned start Dec 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
