Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of orvepitant in chronic cough and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) (4 cohorts), sponsored by NeRRe Therapeutics. Primary endpoint: Mean change from baseline to Week 4 in weekly average daily IPF Coughing Severity Scale score. Planned start Sep 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
