Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in developmental and epileptic encephalopathy 13 (DEE13) and epilepsy comparing NBI-921352 adjunctive therapy with Placebo adjunctive therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage change from baseline in 28-day seizure frequency for countable motor seizures during the treatment period. Planned start Nov 2021; status: withdrawn.
