HSCT versus alemtuzumab, cladribine, or ocrelizumab for aggressive relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis

Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of cyclophosphamide, antithymocyte globulin rabbit, alemtuzumab, cladribine and ocrelizumab in multiple sclerosis (MS) (2 arms), sponsored by Helse Bergen. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients with no evidence of disease activity during 96 weeks and Proportion of patients with no evidence of disease activity during 240 weeks.
