Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nivolumab, rituximab, etoposide, prednisone, vincristine and 2 more in large-cell lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements (HGBL-DH/TH), sponsored by HOVON.
