Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) comparing Acalabrutinib + venetoclax with Observation (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Grade 3 or higher infection-free survival at 24 weeks. Started May 2022; status: recruiting.
