Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of hydrocortisone and dexamethasone in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: NR3C1 and FKBP5 methylation, early life adversity, and HPA-axis dysregulation and Safety memory retention measured by return of fear. Started Dec 2021; status: recruiting.
