Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) comparing Frontline nilotinib with Frontline imatinib with switch to nilotinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: MR4.5 rate at 24 months and Sustained treatment-free remission at 12 months after TFR entry. Started Dec 2018; status: recruiting.
