Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) comparing Decitabine with Ibrutinib + decitabine (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Cumulative CR/CRi rate after 3 cycles. Planned start Feb 2016; status: not yet recruiting.
