Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of oveporexton in narcolepsy type 2 (NT2) (3 arms), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline to Week 8 in mean sleep latency from the Maintenance of Wakefulness Test. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
