Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Finerenone + empagliflozin, Finerenone + placebo and Empagliflozin + placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Relative change from baseline in UACR at 180 days: combination therapy versus empagliflozin alone and Relative change from baseline in UACR at 180 days: combination therapy versus finerenone alone.
