Overview
Randomised, open-label trial comparing Gelofusine + Ringer's priming, Albumin + Ringer's priming and Ringer's with retrograde autologous priming (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in perfused vessel density after CPB among three prime fluid strategies and Change in perfused vessel density with additional albumin versus Ringer's during CPB.
