Zibotentan and dapagliflozin crossover study in diabetic kidney disease with albuminuria

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of zibotentan and dapagliflozin in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetic glomerulosclerosis (4 arms), sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in albuminuria after 4 weeks of combined zibotentan and dapagliflozin versus 4 weeks of zibotentan alone. Started Oct 2022; status: recruiting.
