Soticlestat adjunctive therapy for Lennox-Gastaut syndrome

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) comparing Soticlestat + standard of care with Placebo + standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in major motor drop seizure frequency per 28 days during the full treatment period and Percent change from baseline in major motor drop seizure frequency per 28 days during the maintenance period.
