Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of 4-chlorokynurenine in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) (4 arms), sponsored by Aerovate Therapeutics, Inc. Primary endpoints: Placebo-corrected change from baseline in pulmonary vascular resistance at Week 24 and Placebo-corrected change from baseline in 6-minute walk distance at Week 24. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
