Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in hypercholesterolemia and cardiac morbidity comparing Evolocumab plus optimized lipid-lowering therapy with Placebo plus optimized lipid-lowering therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to CHD death, MI, or ischemic stroke and Time to CHD death, MI, ischemic stroke, or ischemia-driven arterial revascularization. Started Jun 2019; status: recruiting.
