Posaconazole dosing and clinical evaluation in children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis and Aspergillus infection

Phase 2, open-label trial of posaconazole in aspergillosis and cystic fibrosis (CF) (2 arms), sponsored by Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù. Primary endpoints: Target posaconazole exposure at first assessment and Negative sputum culture for Aspergillus at 3 months. Planned start Apr 2021; status: withdrawn.
