Open-label trial of fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, gemcitabine and 1 more in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and pancreatic cancer (PC) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Validation of circulating TP53 mutation and TP53 Pro72Arg germline variant as predictors of progressive disease during FOLFIRINOX and Validation of circulating microRNA biomarkers for prediction of progressive disease during FOLFIRINOX.
