Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor peripheral blood lymphocytes in mature B-cell lymphoma, sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Overall objective response rate, Correlation of cell-free tumor DNA with overall objective response rate and 2 more. Planned start May 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
