Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of pyridoxine in seizure and Pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy (PDE), sponsored by Máxima Medisch Centrum. Primary endpoints: Neurodevelopmental impairment at age 2 years and Neurocognitive development at age 5 years. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
