Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing Apomorphine substudy, Rifaximin arm and Placebo arm (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of responders, apomorphine versus levodopa and MDS-UPDRS-III change OFF-ON post-treatment versus pre-treatment, rifaximin compared to placebo. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
