Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP) comparing Saracatinib randomized arm with Placebo randomized arm with open-label crossover (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Treatment-emergent adverse events through week 26, Number of new active heterotopic ossification lesions by [18F]-NaF PET at week 26 and 1 more.
