Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction (HFmrEF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) comparing ziltivekimab + standard of care with placebo + standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to first composite heart failure endpoint and Total cardiovascular death and heart failure events. Started May 2023; status: active, not recruiting.
